Scaled ranged from 210 &#8211; 213lbs this morning.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m engaging more and more on the lemonade solution as part of the master cleanse.\u00c2\u00a0 Feeling good still.<\/p>\n<p>Salt water flush is working much better after I increased the amount of salt to heaping teaspoons instead of flat teaspoons.<\/p>\n<p>Still drinking a little bit of pear, vegetable, and pomengrante juice.<\/p>\n<p>13 more days? I may slack off for thanksgiving. Dang &#8211; I hate getting this started and then perhaps having to slack off.\u00c2\u00a0 If I do decide to engage for thanksgiving it means I will need to resume eating around the 23rd or 24th which still gives me another 5-6 days, which could make for about 13 total. I have heard that in spirit they say it is good for women to fast for 5-7 days and men to fast for 7-10 days depending.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Weight is dropping again.
