Mild headache.
\nThe salt solution worked quite nicely. Rather violent I might add during eliminations.<\/p>\n
Day 3 – 218 lbs<\/p>\n
Headaches have gone.<\/p>\n
Salt solution broke. I think I didn’t add enough salt.<\/p>\n
Drank a lot of water.
\nDidn’t have a whole lot of interest in the lemonade.
\nForgot to use cayenne.<\/p>\n
Day 4 (today) 215lbs when I woke up.<\/p>\n
Salt solution worked for the most part. Gross, but yellow yucky looking stuff.
\nBack on to Cayenne.
\nWent to McDonald’s tonight with my kids. Maintained control – no icecream or fries for me \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n
Winding down on Day 4, I’m about to have the herbal tea stuff before bed.
\nI’m feeling rather proud of the self. Yay self. The self is looking to itself for approval now.<\/p>\n
