Day 5 is here.<\/p>\n
My stomach is growling this morning. I took the salt solution already, but nothing going on after about 30-45 minutes so far other than my stomach having fun with all that salt.<\/p>\n
Weight was 215lbs this morning. Shoot, I was hoping for 213lbs, I guess the metabolic rate is slowing hard core. I also noticed that my heart rate as gone way down. I think I may be at 55 beats a minute now. Will measure using the machine.
\nI had a weird dream this morning as well.<\/p>\n
Melanie M called me and discussed a project. That came from facebook I think.<\/p>\n
The other part of the dream was I was trying to get into the kingdom of light that is within … while in the dream. It seems I succeeded in going “straight up” into Spirit. I was watching various light shows and such and somehow it triggered a spontaneous NDE (well not involving death), but an experience similar to a NDE, but this was within my dream and while within the dream it only lasted for a few seconds. I say NDE. I’ve never had an NDE so I have no real basis for comparison, but basically it was a new kind of “dream stuff”.<\/p>\n
I’m taking the kids to get donuts this morning. I haven’t eaten a donut in so long, but I bet they will appear awfully tempting. At this point, 4 days is the longest I have been on a fast so we are breaking new records here.
