I am starting Day 6 of the Master Cleanse. This will be the half-way point! There are parts of me that feel proud of the self that I made it this far. We still have many more days to go. Last night I cheated a bit and tasted some cheese pizza, though I did not swallow it, just chewed and spit it out.<\/p>\n
I felt sharp as a tack yesterday – mental fogginess was gone. However, there is something new. This morning I felt a sharp ache in my kidneys. Not sure what to make of this just yet, but am going to ask around.<\/p>\n
I have learned to get along fine with the hunger pangs. They have become background noise in many ways. I drink perhaps 3 glasses of the mixture at present and the rest of the day I drink distilled water. I think I forgot my sea salt at the house today (I’m at mums) and so I may be forgoing the salt bath for the intestinal tract.<\/p>\n
I have recently learned about getting one’s body tuned to the cycles of the moon and the sun.\u00c2\u00a0 It has been said that 6:00 is perfect bedtime, with 10:00 PM being wake up time.\u00c2\u00a0 I’m not sure how I will be able to manifest this with my busy and changing schedule, but I am going to see what I can do on this.
