This morning I weighed 210lbs after getting on the scale oh so carefully. Once I was on it, I pressed and hymned and hawed a bit and it seemed to remain constant at 210-211lbs.
\nHad an elimination after eight days. I was thinking what in the heck? How did this happen? I also feel a little bit of nausea this morning, but I think it is because I haven’t eaten – Ha!<\/p>\n
I woke up feeling kind of rough this morning, aches and pains on my body. <\/p>\n
Last night I went swimming and then took a peppermint oil bath. I also rubbed organic olive oil all over my body and poured it onto my scalp as well. Though not having the salt solution this morning as of yet, I feel the need to eliminate. <\/p>\n
Day 9 – I only have a few more days left I guess. At this point, food has sort of lost interest for me. I know that will come and go. Sex drive seems to be increasing slightly, but they may be a function of the moon. Doesn’t really matter since I have no wife to make love with at present I suppose.<\/p>\n
Two tips I got from friends yesterday:<\/p>\n
When fasting, be sure and chew gum so that your teeth don’t become loose and fall out. <\/p>\n
