I read some interesting things about fasting last night from this site:<\/p>\n

This seems to support ideas I have heard from other people about being sure to chew something like gum during a fast to make sure your teeth stay working.<\/p>\n

Salt solution is still bringing forth demonage, so I guess I have more room to go. I should probably keep going until there is no more demonage. I found that it works better when I make it cold instead of warming in the microwave.<\/p>\n

The fast is really easy at this point, but then I only have a few more days left before vegetable broth time. As I consider vegetable broth, one thing that I noticed is that in the organic section, the vegetable broths use filtered water, not distilled like I ordinarily drink. This could be a problem. I may have to make my own.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, I took an “almond oil” bath using some soaps I found in the organic section at Kroger’s. The rash underneath my arm pits has gone away.
