Accupuncture Blood Pressure

I have hypertension. Right now I am going through undesired divorce proceedings and I imagine that has something to do with my blood pressure going up.

I went ahead and started doing the Edgar Cayce program for lowering blood pressure. In addition, I started doing the “emotional freedom technique” system of accupressure, used the Sedona method for handling the emotions, etc. This includes the castor oil packs, walking, lemon juice, diet, etc. In addition, I found some herbal supplements – particularly one called Hawthorn.

All of this seems to be working. My blood pressure dropped 15 points over a period of about two weeks. I also do the ol’ daily affirmation / visualization of my blood pressure going down. I have no idea which of these is most responsible, but it seems to be helping.

Everything I have read suggests that there is an underlying emotional issue that still remains untreated and may have something to do with my heart and/or root chakra having blockages.

So, I went ahead and went in for accupuncture as well. This was this last Friday. We shall see what unfolds as I receive additional treatments.

Critical Spark of Intelligence Mass

Okay, so this may seem wacky, but I’ve got a sneaking suspicion that the same place that God came from may have an analogy in this dimension or realm or whatever it is that we live in.

You ever watched a campfire that has gone out? The wind may stir for a bit and blow on the hot coals. Then suddenly, ignition occurs – flames jump out of nowhere.

What about nucleur reactions. A mass of plutonium or uranium or whatever is sitting there all nice and happy. Doesn’t really seem to do a whole lot until just the right amount of additional neutrons are added to the mix – perhaps a catalyst , and then boom – 200,000 lives extinguished.

I’m left wondering is there is a similar phenomenon within the realm of intelligence? For example, could there be a pile of trillions upon quadrillions of circuits, that could eventually reach “awareness”. Sort of a mandelbrot set of awareness within our dimension. Sort of like that old story about a guy dreaming that he was dreaming and woke up within his dream? If you don’t get that, perhaps watch the movie Existenz or Jacob’s Ladder.

Timothy Vedas

I’ve been reading a bit about the “Vedas” lately. These are supposedly very ancient scriptures. I’m not sure I’m buying everything that is said just yet, but as I do more research ….. yet another rabbit hole.

For example, here is something on Dharma

Now this idea of Dharma – this knowledge that ” right ” and ” wrong ” are relative and changeable, instead of absolute and fixed, does not give anyone an excuse for doing anything “bad” or “wrong” that he would not have done under the old idea. On the contrary, Dharma holds one up to his highest conception of “right”, and expects him to do what seems “right” for rights sake, and not because the law compels him to do so – it expects right-action from him, even though the law has not as yet reached so high a stage. It teaches him that if he sees a thing to be “wrong,” it is wrong for him even though the law and public opinion have not yet reached so high a standard of ethics. The advanced man will always be a little ahead of the average conception — never behind it…
. . . And another rule of Dharma is to refrain from criticising or condemning the Dharma of another man less developed than yourself. He is not looking through your eyes. He may be living nearer to his spiritual ideal than your are to yours — how dare you judge him? Are you so near perfect that you set your standard up as absolute? . . .

Sounds quite similar to II Timothy 2:22 I think (gentleness) and perhaps Yeshua’s assertion about being careful about the judgment we put out as we will be judged at the same level ourselves.

Theta Waves and Fire

I read somewhere that by coincidence….perhaps… our fire can flicker at about the same rate as the “theta” brain wave pattern. Maybe that’s why campfires are so relaxing?

Binaural Beats – Meditation

I’ve been testing out a number of different meditation tracks. There are programs available from The Monroe Institute, Paul McKenna, Steve G. Jones, Center Point Research, Higher Balance Research, etc.

I have found some of the programs to be useless and some to be quite awesome for my meditation. I had read somewhere once that having metal anywhere (i.e., headphones) near one’s person while meditating would throw off the etheric body though.

As I continue to test these out, I guess I’ll have to put what has worked well for me.

I just tried out the demo track from http://www.project-meditation.org

It is quite good so far – though I am unsure if it is worth $470 that they are proposing.

I found a software package called Sharma which allows one to create custom hypnosis CDs including use of binaural, etc. I’ve looked around for something like this for some time, but this was the only one I could find. It costs about$150. Not too bad I suppose.

Everyone undergoes suffering of some kind in their lives, Spiritual people including Healers are not exempt from this process. Many people these days come from dysfunctional families or have a lot of pain in their lives which leads to many questions about their experiences and how they can work through them.

We choose our life companions before we are born, on the basis of our mutual 6th aura level. Which is tremendously different than the first three levels we deal with while incarnate. The sixth level is a highly spiritual and intuitive plane.

To be healers in the best sense it is important that we understand suffering and learn to heal from the inside out. and develop genuine compassion for all being kind. and for that reason we choose these experiences. We may also choose these experiences in order to help others or to guide and change society.

A primary cause of suffering is the inability to forgive and to love ourselves, we draw experiences to ourselves in an effort at redemption (this is re multiple lives) A Most important lesson of Karma is that punishment is not essential or needed at all it is harmful to self. Judge not applies to self. those are some possible causes for drawing these events into our lives.

We can choose to expiate negative Karma by making positive causes for ourselves by being Healers and teachers or just by being kind and loving and working at becoming wise.

It is important to recognize our feelings about our painful experiences it is even more important to FEEL our feelings, much of the ongoing pain is because we have attempted not to feel the pain and anger. When we have felt the pain, the anger, the hurt, perhaps the pride in our differentness and suffering that we can let it go. LET IT GO. Feel it, release it and move on.

When you forgive you are not required to block your memories and pretend that the injuries never happened, what the act of forgiving and releasing within yourself does is to dissolve the cords that keep you in that energy of suffering, hooked to the past and dragging it along with you.

However deeply a person has buried the diamond light of divinity in mud, it is within them, as it is within you. To recognize that light within yourself and within those who have hurt you is to free yourself from the need to repeat this experience. The only genuine and beneficial revenge is in becoming truly happy.

If you cannot forgive that is fine, you can work at wanting to forgive and in that I do not mean making it O.K. but making it have no energy in your life so that it is not an issue to you anymore.

Become alive and glorious and full of joy in the life that you have now. whatever has happened in the past you have survived you have triumphed in, you are Alive and Free now.

When you recall a moment of pain from the past mentally return in your Present body to that moment and tell the child that you were then that you have survived and that it is time for that part of you to come forward into the present and rejoin the whole. see your current world from that child’s viewpoint and realize what wonders you have now.

When you have released the energies that hold you in the pain you will be free of that relationship and filled with compassion for those people who have not yet found peace.

That does not mean to say that you must Forgive and love unconditionally those who have hurt and harmed you. However, acknowledge that deep inside they may have a Buddha nature that is the potential for enlightenment even if we can not see it.

What I am saying is that any wound that is being continually reopened and picked on will not heal and will become putrid and infected. You owe it to yourself to work on healing your wounds. A spiritual gangrene of the heart will destroy you as effectively as gangrene of the body destroys the flesh. This does apply to these emotional abuse wounds as well as to all others.

Unconditional Love starts with loving the self. Happiness begins with appreciation I mean appreciating what you have and know now. Looking for the joy of the moments passing now reaching out for moments of joy and pleasure. As long as you are alive, life can get better but you have to make that happen by your own energy.

‘As long as you define yourself in terms of your past suffering, you remain in pain in the present.’

One of the things I have learned is that there is always someone who’s life makes your hard times look like heaven and that there are always ways to find the joy and ecstasy in the mere fact of being alive if you look for it.

That life all life any life is precious and beautiful and yes we chose the life we have tortured, abused, starved, neglected, whatever, is preferable to not having a life and body at all.

We are here because we wanted to be. We won the spiritual lottery in order to get here now and take part in these glorious times of transformation we incarnate beings are the few the proud the lucky. Whatever the outward appearance of our lives may be and whatever the past pain we need to get on with our own lives now.

‘I am responsible for creating my own happiness Whatever has happened to me in the past I am in charge of how I live and feel Now’

Still learning the spiritual laws that govern how this place works. I’ve got some pretty convincing evidence – at least for myself – that the law of Karma is very real. The law of Octaves was verified by quitting smoking. What else though? Still learning. I’ve got to learn this stuff to save my marriage and my family. Learning as fast as I can!

History is not taught very well in today’s public schools, and that is why the history of the Democratic Party is totally unknown by the American voting public. Believe it or not, the Democratic Party was inspired by those Southern delegates to the Constitutional Convention of 1787 who forced all of the other delegates to accept the institution of slavery as the price of their participation in the new government. That is why the Southern states were able to count each slave as three-fifths of a person in determining the number of representatives the state could send to Congress.

Although the Constitution called for ending the importation of slaves by 1808, the Southerners were compensated by Section 2 of Article IV, which stated: “No Person held to Service or Labour in one State, under the Laws thereof, escaping into another, shall, in consequence of any Law or Regulation therein, be discharged from such Service or Labour, but shall be delivered up on Claim of the Party to whom such Service or Labour may be due.”

The word slavery was not mentioned in the Constitution because such men as Washington, Madison, Franklin and others had hoped to abolish slavery, but were forced into the compromises that made it possible for the Southern states to join the union. They expected that the Southern states would phase out this undemocratic institution over a period of time.

But the opposite happened, and the Democratic Party, which was formally organized in 1831, became the pro-slavery party. While the importation of slaves was forbidden, the population of slaves grew dramatically because of deliberate slave breeding. The children of slaves were automatically considered slaves. Many a white slave owner could thereby increase the value of his slave property by impregnating his female slaves.

Opposing the Democrats was the Whig Party, organized in 1839. But because the party contained within its ranks both pro-slavery Southerners and anti-slavery Northerners, the party was too divided to be effective. They were gradually overshadowed by a new political group, the Republican Party, manned by determined abolitionists. The contest between North and South now became far more bitter and well defined.

The National Democratic Convention met at Baltimore in June of 1852. Among its resolutions were the following: “All efforts of Abolitionists or others made to induce Congress to interfere with questions of Slavery” will “endanger the stability and permanency of the Union.”…”Resolved, That the Democratic party will resist all attempts at renewing, in Congress or out of it, the agitation of the Slavery question, under whatever shape or color the attempt may be made.”

At the Democratic National Convention in Cincinnati in June, 1856, the party reiterated its repudiation of all attempts by abolitionists to interfere with the institution of slavery, which, if not stopped, “must end in civil war and disunion.”

Meanwhile, agitation for secession on the part of the South had been growing to the point where most Southerners saw no solution to the problem other than seceding from the United States. Sen. Iveson of Georgia, in an 1860 address to his constituents said: “Slavery must be maintained in the Union if possible, out of it if necessary; peaceably if we may, forcibly if we must.”

In other words, the South had decided that it preferred preserving the institution of slavery over preserving the United States of America. Slavery was more important than union.

The election of Democrat James Buchanan as president in 1857 gave Southerners the opportunity to plan secession with the help of Buchanan’s Southern members of his cabinet. For example, John B. Floyd, secretary of war, managed to transfer huge amounts of military stores and equipment from Northern armories to Southern ones in preparation for war. As a result the North was rendered defenseless.

When the Republican Party nominated Abraham Lincoln for president in 1860, the slave states decided that the time was ripe for quitting the Union, setting the stage for Civil War. The Southern Democrats, so totally imbued with their own power to destroy the Union, did not know what they were up against in the person of Abraham Lincoln. By 1865, by the time the Civil War was over, the South lay in ruins and slavery had been abolished. The Democratic Party then became the part of racial segregation and Jim Crow.

And what is the Democratic Party today? It is the party of left-wing socialism, dumbed-down public education, defeat in Iraq, amnesty for illegal immigrants, abortion on demand, gay marriage, more taxes for everyone, bans on oil drilling and “change you can believe in?” As the French say, “plus ca change, plus c’est la meme chose,” the more it changes, the more it’s the same thing.

Celestar8

One incident I recall from my past was somehow …. guessing what my bosses password was and somehow setting it to my password. It was probably first “true” exposure to the possibility that psychic abilities may actually be real.

Let me replay this for you…. I set my password to celestar8.  I have no idea where I came up with that. I was working as a student worker at the time and needed the bosses password while he was way on vacation. I was a systems administrator at the time and needed to get into a system that was having challenges.

Anyway, since I couldn’t reach him at the time, I installed a password cracking program on his workstation to retrieve his password.

As the password cracking program started going – it revealed his password to be … yeah you guessed it … celestar8.

What the ????????    I remember feeling slightly dirty… like… how in the world did this happen? Can this be chance? What is going on here? I don’t get it. This can’t be chance.

What are the odds? Play Texas Lottery.

Football Helmet Filled with Cottage Cheese

The movie Airheads (below) had this one scene where the guys were asked by the police what their set of demands were for the hostage situation layed out in the movie. Anyway, not knowing what to do and trying to stall the police – the fearless leader included a “Football Helmet filled with cottage cheese” as one of the many items on the list of demands. It was designed to buy time. I have been starting to suspect ever so increasingly that some of our prayers work in perhaps a similar way. That I know that I know that I know feeling – when you know that a prayer has been answered. Sometimes various triggers are used to inspire the belief regardless of religions. Candles from Jesus’ tomb, a bone fragment, some ritual, or whatever. I suspect that creation of the belief is what matters to impact change in the world – or an answered prayer.
